The UCB Canada 5th Annual Golf Tournament Fundraiser is happening on Wednesday, May 14th, 2008 and it's registration time again!!!
Come join us and experience a great day of fun and excitement at Timber Ridge Golf & Country Club in Brighton. Even if you are not a die-hard golfer this is a day you will NOT want to miss! This year our day will consist of a Continental Breakfast & registration beginning at 7:30 am, shotgun start at 9 am, with a golfers gift pack, a round of great golf including a golf cart AND an amazing steak dinner with all the fixings! All this for $125 per person.
Please complete the following form to ensure your spot at the UCB Canada 5th Annual Golf Fundraiser at Timber Ridge. Also, don't forget to include your shirt size! Payment can be made using PayPal or cheque.
