| James Hunt | | Chief Operating Officer | Born in South Africa, James studied at the University of Natal to gain his Bachelor of Arts Degree, majoring in Psychology and Geography, and then went on to gain a Postgraduate diploma in Education. James ran his own Training and Management consultancy business, before moving to the UK in 1997 where he held a variety of roles in AMP, one being Head of Capability Development.
Prior to joining UCB International in 2005, James was in fulltime ministry, pastoring a church in the UK. Before coming to Canada this January, James served as Vice President of Corporate Development for UCB International. From his early career as a secondary school teacher and a lecturer in Residential Childcare, James has become a highly effective development consultant for businesses. His role within UCB International has been to help develop the various affiliate members so that they can fulfil what they believe their mandate is within their region.

Useless fact: James speaks Zulu and Afrikaans. He also loves the outdoors.

His favourite scripture is Hebrews 13:20-21 and the accomplishment that he is most proud of is being a chaplain at Ground Zero to the 9/11 rescue workers.

| Anita Geertsma | | Traffic Manager; Co-Host of "Rise & Shine" | Anita has been a part of UCB Canada for a long time - first as a dedicated volunteer, and now her biggest challenge is keeping Kev awake in the mornings! | Melanie Linn | | Midday Host 9am-2pm | Melanie is a native of the Quinte area – a farmer’s daughter born and raised near Stirling. After 20 years as a missionary / counsellor in Eastern Europe, the States and downtown Toronto, Melanie returned to small town living just in time to catch the wave of Christian radio in Quinte with 102.3. “Even though God is ever-present through His Spirit, people who are alone and lonely often believe the lie that no one cares – particularly in the night,” says Melanie. “Radio has the capacity to reach into those lonely places and assure individuals of the love of God and His people.” You can contact her at m.linn@ucbcanada.com.
Useless fact: Melanie’s greatest claim to fame is her ability to collect eggs faster than anyone she knows (her sister would argue) – “like riding a bike, you never forget!”

| Susan Roffel | | Night host 7pm-midnight | Susan was born and raised in Toronto. At 6 years old she gave her heart to Jesus while kneeling at the bass drum at a Salvation Army open air service. Growing up in the Salvation Army gave Susan a passion for "practical Christianity" and music is also an integral part of her life and service. Susan lived in Ottawa for ten years where she became involved in community television and local news reporting and in 1999 her family moved to Barrie where her husband Bob was an associate pastor in the Free Methodist Church while she was involved with a local radio station as a morning announcer. In 2006 they moved into the neighborhood where Bob grew up, just 6 doors from his parents . They have four children, a dog they 'time-share' with his folks and a mom all living under one roof.
Useless facts: Susan’s favourite beverage is Starbucks Vanilla Bean Frappuccino®, she is NOT allowed to make popcorn and she used to live in the same house as Kevin Kay! | | (613) 966-4822 | | Email Me |

| Pam Hunt | | Finance Manager | Pam grew up in Durban, South Africa. After studying in Food and Clothing Technology, specializing in Financial Management, Pam initially entered a career in catering and hospitality services. After a number of years the financial aspects of running large catering departments became more challenging and she branched out into the accounting field.
While in the UK Pam worked in management accounts and bookkeeping and the last few years she worked for a firm of Chartered Accountants managing a number of clients for the firm. Pam, who is married to James Hunt, arrived here at UCB Canada this January. They have two children, 15-year-old Cara (meaning beloved friend) and 13-year-old Mathew, (meaning gift from God). She is English but speaks Afrikaans as well. James is Pam’s childhood sweetheart. What drew her to James was that he loves people and God with a passion and has been able to break through many lives with grace, love, serving and patience including her own.
Useless fact: Pam met James the month of her 16th birthday and knew at 17 he was the man she would marry.

Elmo has previously worked in both Secular and Christian Radio in New Zealand and England. Before making the move to Canada Elmo was the Program Director of the Nationwide Life FM network, a UCB station in New Zealand.
Elmo is newly married to Becci, and considering the last plant they were given only lasted a week, it's probably a good thing that they don't have any children or animals right now!
Useless fact: "Elmo" is actually a nickname which came from the 1970's British Sit-com "Brush Strokes".
