Tax receipts for your generous support are issued early the year after you made your donation(s). We will send you a combined receipt that you can submit with your tax return.
If you made a donation to the Hope Run or set up a fundraiser to raise money on behalf of UCB all donations will have been receipted at the time of donation.
For security reasons we would prefer you to call us at 1-866-388-4488 to make changes to your bank account information or for a new credit card number. However if you only need to change the expiry date you can use this form.
