In support of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 225. The route starts and finishes at the Kakabeka Falls Legion Branch, run along a closed Trans Canada Highway, through secondary as well as country roads and through out the Poplar Point Trail in the Kakabeka Falls Provincial Park.

The course the covers all kinds of surfaces. Entrance fee is $60 for the 8K, and $95 for the half marathon. Any proceeds raised go to support the Legion.
