High School Youth Worship Services Sign-Up

Open to students in Grades 9-12

Sign-up Required each Week

In order to keep our youth worship services safe and in keeping with provincial regulations, we require each parent/guardian to fill out the following Health Questionnaire and Waiver each week for all students who plan to come to youth worship services. The form will open each Tuesday around noon.

When you arrive, please check-in at the main entrance doors and head directly to your seats in the Worship Centre. One of our leaders will greet you and help you get connected.
