UCB Canada is pleased to announce the launch of the 2023-2025 Economic and Sustainability Impact Report in recognition of a steadfast dedication to sustainability, innovation, and impact.

Delivering measurable and lasting value for Canadians
Through strategic and ongoing investment in the Canadian economy, UCB has contributed more than $139.8 million in labour income, supported 1,262 employment job-years, and generated $73.2 million in government revenue between 2023 and 2025. By helping strengthen Canada’s ecosystem for clinical research and medicines discovery, UCB Canada is contributing to a more sustainable, inclusive, and resilient future.
At the heart of these efforts are people living with severe disease, along with their families, and caregivers, whose needs continue to guide UCB Canada’s work and long-term commitment to innovation.
That’s why, in recognition of the diverse needs of patients living with immunological, neurological, and inflammatory disease, in addition to its innovative therapies, UCB Canada delivers national Patient Support Programs (PSPs) designed to help patients navigate an increasingly complex healthcare and treatment journey.
To date, more than 31,000 patients have been enrolled in UCB Canada’s PSPs, supported by a network of nurses, specialized operational staff, and dedicated care teams committed to helping patients access the support they need throughout their treatment experience.
Multimillion dollar investment in Ontario and Quebec
Concentrated in the provinces of Ontario and Quebec, UCB’s presence in Canada has doubled in size over the past three years through a rapid period of economic growth and expansion, indicative of a long-term commitment to the country.
Headquartered in Oakville, Ontario, UCB Canada’s offices serve as a hub for professionals in the industry as well as connect local Canadian talent with global roles and opportunities.
